Ever since I got married I told Bear that I didn’t want to live in the suburbs. If I had to deal with neighbors, I wanted to live where I could walk everywhere I needed to get and be surrounded by fabulous shops and restaurants. If I didn’t get convenience, I wanted wide open spaces, plenty of land, and privacy.
Right now, we live in the suburbs. But at least we’re in the farm adjacent suburbs. Someday I’ll have a farm and I’m already making big plans for it. But in the meantime, I’ll throw on a cute plaid top and stand in front of a stranger’s barn and dream of the day it’s my own.
