This velveteen purse was one of many treasures I inherited from Bear’s grandma when she died. There are a bunch of kids and a million grandkids, so it took a bit of work for anything to make its way to me, but I scored some major beauties that went unappreciated by others. It helps being the only vintage lover in the family. Every time I take this purse out in public I get people stopping me and complimenting me on it. We just don’t make beautiful things like we used to. Which is why I fought off all the grandkids for the pleasure of owning this beautiful thing.
